Today I was able to knock out a relaxed 6 miles on the roads of Va Beach. The weather was quite humid, and there wasn't much of a bike lane, so I will probably go back to the trails for the run tomorrow. Finished averaging 6:50 pace over the 6 miles...probably went a little faster though because the pace slowed down a lot when I was in the heavily shaded areas. |
